IX. Symposium 2025: First announcement

International Annual Symposium

IX.th Symposium-2025 on „Environmental Health & Biosecurity: Sciences, Engineering & Application” online during May 08 – 09, 2025, Budapest – Hungary with Workshop Special Session: Environmental Health & Climatic Change (How humanity can solve climate change, alleviate poverty, & save biodiversity)

INVITATION

Dear Academics & Researchers,

Dear Friend!

ICEEE was founded in 2010 in the cooperation with 10 International institutions originated from three continents for exchanging the staff members & students & the experiences in the fields of classical & applied environmental engineering as well as the relationship between the environmental sciences & other fields for example, environmental biotechnology, climatic change & environmental health, etc.

Today, people around the world can connect online, & can access as well as disseminate vast amounts of knowledge & information quickly & easily. At the same time, increasing the availability of information & openness between these institutions has allowed greater understanding of the challenges facing the future of our global society with the increasing rate of the human population up to date.

The mission of ICEEE is to contribute, through collaborative research & education, to efforts to resolve the pressing global problems of human survival, development & welfare that are the concern of the UN, its peoples, & Member States. The call by United Nations (UN) research & training entities builds on UN Member States reaffirmed commitment to effectively implement the 2030 Agenda.

The commitment of ICEEE to fostering innovation, collaboration, knowledge exchange within the scientific community, has led to the establishment of a dedicated hub that focuses on various subject areas, including the environmental health, climatic variations, & the security of biosphere: air, food, water, soil for us & further generations.

The purpose of the IX. International Symposium-2025 is to facilitate interactions within the research community to discuss latest developments in these rapidly advancing field & find ways to respond to increasing demands of professionals, communities & industries across the worldwide. It allowed the participants to have different issues addressed on the Environmental Protection & Security of Biosphere by recognized global experts who are up to date with the latest developments in this field.

This scientific meeting gives a great opportunity for students, researchers, industrialists & academic professionals to share latest research results in Environmental Security & Environmental Health as well as environmental Management, network with their peers from around the globe & foster new connections that strengthen research & development activities in field of environmental quality. The Symposium provided a platform for all the participants to voice their opinions & concerns as well as promoting discussions for collaborate in future.

Environmental systems are all around us & closely connected to us: ecosystems, food systems, water systems & more. When they deteriorate, it is typically not a simple & predictable process. Rather, the environmental instability slowly builds until suddenly a tipping point is reached & the ecosystem changes fundamentally or even collapses, with potentially catastrophic impacts.

The 17th UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 17), “Partnerships for the Goals”, aims to strengthen the means to implement & revitalize global partnerships for sustainable development in the 7 areas of finance, technology, trade, capacity development, policy coherence, partnerships & data.

Sustainable Development Goal 17 promotes the “right way” of collaboration between different actors through the formation of multi-stakeholder partnerships, which are essential to foster sustainable development.

The premise regarding this point is that these partnerships mobilize the exchange of knowledge, experience, technology & other resources between the different parties to achieve the 2030 global development agenda.

After a great successful of the last VIII. International Symposium-2024 brought together the world’s professions & practitioners from different fields of environmental, applied sciences & environmental engineering, the organizers have the great pleasure to invite you to participate in the programme of the ONLINE IX. Symposium-2025 deals with „ Environmental Health & Biosecurity: Sciences, Engineering & Application” during May 08th – May 09th 2025 in Budapest, Hungary.

The IX. Symposium-2025 focuses on the theme “Emerging Prospects on Environmental care & Safety” as we try to shed more highlight on this through Panel discussion which includes Plenary, Keynote, Oral, Posters, Workshops, & Special sessions.

It’s an amalgamation of classic & applied Sciences as well as humanitarian thoughts with Environmental Professionals from across the Globe sharing their knowledge & thoughts about the Fundamental topics related to Environmental care & Safety.

Objectives:

The main approaches of the IX. Symposium-2025 are the following:

  • Provide a platform to exchange emerging ideas & investigate key issues such as air-, soil-, water-, nuclear pollution, waste recycling, wastewater, renewable energy technologies, public health issues, etc.
  • Work towards sustainable solutions within a team either personally or online, to identify problems to find solutions or to develop arguments.
  • Solve the problems with creative & innovative strategies & being conscious of global social, cultural & environmental issues in relation to engineering & technology.
  • Highlighting some of the main frameworks in these area & recommending directions for future research.
  • To assess status & future challenges towards environment sustainability
  • Environmental sustainability, Biotechnology & protection approaches for remediation of polluted soils, water & air as well as human healthcare
  • Use of Bio-Nanotechnologies for clean & sustainable environment

ICEEE-Cooperation

Our planet requires an array of scientific innovations, & it’s time to looked beyond the traditional problems & solve them. This is the critical & exciting time to be alive. The decisions & the actions we take in the next years will define the future for next generations to come. These solutions can be done from practical & not only excellent from theoretical point of view.

From our vision, the main task of the members of our International Council of Environmental Engineering Education board (ICEEE) & their voice, passion, & cooperation are critical to our success.

Please join us to create the future for the new generations free from environmental problems like climatic changes, pollutions, spread of epidemic diseases, reduction in the natural resources, etc., due to the continuous increasing in the global population & depending on the 17 points of sustainable development from United Nations.

With your support, ICEEE can try & continue to solve problems from around the world & to find solutions, catalyse global impact, & create the future we envision.
